02 Kings Centre, Chessington
The development of a large residential estate offered a unique opportunity for the Chessington Evangelical Church of moving their church into a new community building in the heart of the estate.
With support from the Local Authority the church was able to construct a purpose made community centre that offer both spiritual and community support to the wider community.
The building has a modern and flexible space offering a dedicate church, one of the largest multipurpose halls in Surrey, administration offices, conference rooms and large cafeteria.
The building has proved a great success demonstrating the possibilities of improving community support by different parties working together.
The King’s Centre was officially opened by Sir Cliff Richard.

[back to top]05 Guildford Masonic Centre
The Masonic Centre had the rare opportunity to build a modern multi-purpose building as part of a mixed residential development in one of the most sought after parts of Guildford.
We were appointed as project mangers on behalf of the client to monitor the design and construction phases of the works.
The unique construction where parts of the building are located underground resulted in panoramic views for both the Centre and adjacent residential properties over the River Wey and surrounding countryside.
The building has a commercial kitchen and large restaurant / banquet area, with smaller rooms which can be hired for conferences and activities.
Despite the complications of access to the site and maintaining the use of the original building over the construction period the new Centre was delivered to an agreed deadline and has proved to be a resounding success for all who use it.
